Our Mission:
Dayley Pro Painters’ mission is to become the premier repaint & repair contractor, in all areas we service.
We will accomplish this by focusing on a few CORE PRINCIPLES:
Deliver on our promises: Delivering on our promises is the first and most important principle. Everything else is predicated on our professional manner of delivering on our promise!
Be Predictable: Everyone is predictable… the question is what are we predictable for? We will consistently provide predictable results for everyone we do business with.
Identify the Win: A win is knowing our abilities, and matching them with a given need/want in a predictable manner. By listening 1st, we will identify the true need/want… once we identify it, we go to work!
OUR MISSION FOR OUR:
Customers:
When we educate the customer in our trade expertise… they can make an educated decision. This is always in line with our core principles and in the customers best interest.
Employees:
Our human capital is our biggest asset. ABT is our mission with all who work for and with us. ABT = Always Be Training… Our educated team will ensure that we are in the forefront of our industry.
Community:
We have a responsibility to our community. Through involvement we can make a difference. It is better for us to give in whatever way we can now… (no matter how little or much)… than to wait till we have something incredible to give LATER…
I challenge anyone who reads this, to find something we can be passionate about, and get involved.
About the Owner:
Hi I am the owner of Dayley Pro Painters, my name is Mark Dayley. I started Dayley Pro Painters in early 2003. I have over 10 years painting experience, and many years managing successful companies. I put my name on the business… So everyone could see that I care enough about my customers to put my own name and character on the line.
I have been married for over 16 years, and have 4 children… well 2 teenagers & 2 children. Needless to say we are busy with all sorts of activities including, dance, karate, piano, choir, band, wrestling, gymnastics… and on it goes. We’ve lived in the same neighborhood here in vancouver for 8 years, and love it.
We are very involved in our community… My wife has coached for over 10 years @ high schools and middle schools. Last year she started a non-profit charity here in clark county, called Swell events. Swell events was started to support the arts for our local Clark County youth… They provide a performance venue, and financial scholarships for youth pursuing music, dance, drama, &/or art education from local providers and schools. The Annual performance venue, provides an opportunity for youth to perform their studied art in front of hundreds of spectators. This venue also serves as a scholarship fundraiser. We are very pleased with the progress the charity has made in its first year.
I look forward to meeting and working with you on your next painting project.
