We prep your home properly: Wash to clean, Chemical treat mold/moss, Scrape loose/peeling paint, seal up cracks with durable caulking, seal up bare wood spots with heavy bodied flexible bonding primer/sealer… All this is done prior to painting!!!

We apply the paint on your home the way the mfg specifies: We apply paint directly out of the can, No mixing water into the paint to make it go further. We brush finish the gutters. We apply heavy coats of paint, at the proper mils. Thick (the right thickness is the most important, it will determine how much protection the cured/dry paint provides, and how long it will last without chalking/fading/peeling).
